Ăn Chay & Kiêng Thịt theo Luật quy định

· Ăn Chay và Kiêng Thịt: Từ 18 tuổi đến 59 tuổi buộc Ăn Chay và Kiêng Thịt Thứ Tư Lễ Tro và Thứ Sáu Tuần Thánh.

Fast and Abstinence (self-denial). Everyone, from the celebration of their 18th birthday to their 59th birthday is bound to fast on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday.

· Kiêng Thịt: Từ 14 tuổi trở lên buộc Kiêng Thịt vào Thứ Tư Lễ Tro và những ngày Thứ Sáu trong Mùa Chay.

Abstinence: All persons who have already celebrated their 14th birthday are bound to abstain from meat on Ash Wednesday and all Fridays of Lent.
